The safety and security of our customers is our first priority. To ensure a healthy bank environment and safe service, we have taken the proactive steps to limit access in some of our banking centers to Drive Thru service. All Drive Thru's are open and operating with normal service hours. We are happy to serve you in a variety of ways while these lobbies remain closed.

A Personal Letter to Citizens Bank Customers, Community Members and Families

I want to personally let you know that we at Citizens Bank understand coronavirus (“COVID – 19”) is creating concern and uncertainty regarding the health and safety of our families and communities. 

Please be assured that the safety and security and you and your family and our associates and their families is our most important priority.  We are continually monitoring this quickly evolving situation and are here to assist you as needed.  We will take all necessary actions to protect you during the duration of the COVID-19 event and together we will overcome the current health challenges affecting our country.

Coronavirus updates and the protective actions we are taking will be communicated through the Citizens Bank website (www.thecitizensbank.net), our Facebook page (@CitizensBankABankBuiltForYou), and on a special landing page: www.thecitizensbank.net/coronavirus.

Some good common sense health ideas are:

  1. Stay home if you are sick and/or have a fever of 100 or greater.
  2. Wash your hands and use hand sanitizer frequently.
  3. Do not shake hands.
  4. Practice social distancing.  Stand no closer than 6 feet from other people.  Do not attend public events with large numbers of people.

Citizens Bank personnel are doing all of the above to keep employees and customers safe. We are also using highly concentrated antibacterial cleaner on all public surfaces, table tops and banking stations no less than 3 times a day.

Digital Banking Services:

We strongly encourage you to use Citizens Bank’s digital and mobile banking services, our telephone banking system (855-222-8225) and other self-service banking and 24/7 account access capabilities.  These digital services allow you to make payments, deposit checks, view transactions, check balances, and transfer money.  They are fast and easy and always open.

Financial Help:

We understand there will be instances where you and your business are hurt by business interruption effects of COVID-19.  Please be assured we stand with you.
