Citizens Bank announced Rob Woods has been hired as its city president for Rogers and Bentonville. Woods will be based at the Rogers bank branch.
In this role, Woods will leverage his expertise in commercial lending with his leadership experience as a former CFO to drive growth and profitability for Citizens Bank in the region.

Woods previously served as a VP commercial lender at Arvest Bank and has held multiple positions throughout his 30 year banking career. He earned his master’s degree in business administration from the University of Mississippi.

Active in the professional community, Woods is a member of the American Bankers Association (ABA) and is a graduate of the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking. He has served as a finance chairman and board member of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northwest Arkansas, commissioner of Cord Blood Bank of Arkansas, and membership chairman of Boy Scouts of America. Woods has also been involved with the Rogers Rotary Club and Bentonville Rotary Club. He is also a graduate of the Benton County Leadership Class (2013-2014), the Walton Institute (2010). Woods holds both the Series 7 and 66 securities licenses, and is also licensed to sell insurance in Arkansas.
