We are seeking a motivated individual to help develop and maintain a compliance program for Citizens Bank.  It is the responsibility of the Compliance Officer to ensure that all personnel are adhering to all state and federal laws and regulations.  This position ensures Bank wide compliance with regulations, as well as bank policies and procedures.  The Compliance Officer will be responsible for duties such as chairing many compliance meetings, leading during regulatory audits, preparing reports for bank management, and staying up to date on all banking laws and regulations to ensure compliance. 

The Special Assets Specialist  assists in the daily administration, operations and management of the bank’s classified loan portfolio, Bank Owned Assets, Other Assets Owned, Foreclosures, Repossessions and Bankruptcies. Proper processing of loan transactions and documents for loans in the portfolio, the maintenance of loan files and records, and the preparation of various reports.
