I oversee the Bank's Hot Springs market, ensuring our customers receive the highest level of customer service and financial products, while achieving Bank goals and growing our brand awareness.
How/Why did you get into the banking industry?
I began my banking career as a PT Teller while attending college. The hours were flexible, and my manager would let me study when we weren't busy.
What is a DRIVER within your role?
Helping our associates grow and become successful in their career.
What do people assume about your role that isn't true?
That all I do is work with numbers.
What would you say to someone who doesn't think a banking career is for them?

What are you passionate about outside of work?
Spending time with my wife and three boys outdoors, coaching baseball, deer and duck hunting, and all things Razorbacks.

In the stands cheering on my boys or woods watching a sunrise or sunset.
