Maria Ryan Promoted to Assistant Vice President, Loan Operations Manager-Loan Processing at Citizens Bank

Citizens Bank, headquartered in Batesville, has announced the promotion of Maria Ryan to assistant vice president, loan operations manager-loan processing.
Ryan joined Citizens Bank 14 years ago and most recently served as a loan documentation review specialist at Citizens Bank. In this role she gained experience and expanded her skills which will allow her advanced knowledge in loan processing. Her new role includes added responsibilities as she is tasked with leading and managing the day-to-day responsibilities of the Loan Processing Division for Citizens Bank.
“Maria brings years of knowledge to the department, many of those in loan processing. I've had the pleasure to work with her for several years and was even trained by her when I transferred into this department,” said Angie Hooker, VP, loan operations manager. “Maria is a valuable asset to the bank and I look forward to watching her use her expertise in this new position.”
Ryan’s talent will enable Citizens Bank to continue to develop its Loan Processing Department to better serve its customers. The bank has over $1 billion in assets and continues to grow.
“I have always loved processing and am excited to dive back in with this new role,” said Ryan. “I am confident my skills will help this department grow as our bank continues to reach towards the future.”
Ryan graduated from Rider High School in Wichita Falls, Texas, and attended Texas Tech University. She and her son, Camden, reside in Batesville.
