Citizens Bank’s William Wilder Selected for Leadership Greater Little Rock XXXVIII
William Wilder, assistant vice president and commercial loan officer, has joined the 38th Class of Leadership Greater Little Rock.
Leadership Greater Little Rock (LGLR) is a nine-month community leadership program introduced by the Little Rock Regional Chamber of Commerce. It is designed to develop effective leaders by enhancing their civic, social and professional awareness to positively impact the community. Wilder is one of more than 50 leaders in the Little Rock metro area chosen for this exclusive program.
“I’m both honored and excited to join the prestigious Leadership Greater Little Rock program to enhance my knowledge and commitment to the community,” Wilder said. “I’m looking forward to the curriculum and learning from others.”
Participants meet every month October through May at different central Arkansas locations to explore topics through expert speakers, panelists, tours and group presentations. The program provides a comprehensive understanding of the region’s challenges and opportunities, empowering participants to become better leaders in the community.
A Texas native who now resides in Little Rock, Ark., Wilder earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus on finance and banking at the University of Mississippi.
“It’s no doubt that William is a company leader here at Citizens Bank and will be an asset to the program,” said Bill Yee, Little Rock City President at Citizens Bank. “We are thrilled he has been selected for this highly regarded opportunity, and we look forward to seeing his continued growth and success.”
