Megan Lahay Joins Citizens Bank as Senior Vice President, Treasury Management Officer in Northwest Arkansas
Citizens Bank, headquartered in Batesville, has announced the hire of Megan Lahay, who will serve as senior vice president and treasury management officer in the bank’s northwest Arkansas market.
Lahay was most recently senior vice president commercial lender at Signature Bank of Arkansas. In her new role, Lahay will be responsible for business development, client service excellence and revenue growth, as well as partnering with senior management to drive business for new and existing clients, and assisting business customers with services and products to help streamline their business solutions through various treasury management products, such as ACH payables and receivables, online wires, remote deposit, Positive Pay and more.

Lahay earned her bachelor of general studies degree with a minor in finance and marketing from Columbia College. She also earned her associate of general studies from Northwest Arkansas Community College. Lahay is a 2022 graduate of Leadership Arkansas Class 16, a 2018 graduate of Leadership Fayetteville Class 31 and an ABA Commercial Lending School graduate. Lahay is a community ambassador for the Single Parent Scholarship Fund of NWA, décor committee member for the Dream Big Gala benefiting Children's Safety Center of Washington County, and a leadership council member for Leadership Fayetteville.
She and her husband of six years, Brandon, have a daughter, Skyler, 7, and a son, Finn, 4, as well as three dogs and two cats.
