Citizen Bank opens new location in Hot Springs with ribbon-cutting event
On Feb. 13, Citizens Bank and the Hot Springs Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon-cutting event to commemorate the opening of the bank’s new Hot Springs branch. This newly-constructed location underscores the bank’s dedication to the local community and is located at 2416 Malvern Avenue in Hot Springs, Ark.
“Our new Hot Springs branch is positioned to meet the needs of this community and show our commitment to the area,” said Adam Mitchell, Citizens Bank CEO. “The local team is dedicated to ensuring residents have the utmost service, in line with our People First culture.”
The ribbon-cutting ceremony began at 2 p.m. and also included comments from Vernon Scott, chief lending officer for Citizens Bank and Josh Baker, Citizens Bank Hot Springs city president and Gina Rockwell, Citizens Bank retail branch manager.
“I’m proud of the talented associates we have serving this city,” said Baker. “We understand the needs of the area and strive each day to engage both in our branches and out in the community.”
This new 7,000 sq. ft. branch boasts 13 associates across multiple departments serving those in Hot Springs and the surrounding areas.
